This One of a Kind Embellished Vest is flashy and classy. The base is a designer Oleg Cassini metallic silver vest embellished with vintage ties. One tie is black/white/grey/silver/red stripes with flowers. The other is black/white/grey/silver/red silk with a coordinating ornate pattern.
