It has been adorned with a silky floral paisley fabric - rouched over the top and smoothly lined beneath the brim. The inside is coated in black velvet. The brim is trimmed in red cording with tassels at the back. And, of course, lobster claws and tail! This Top Hat is in like-new handmade condition. All materials used are secondhand and may have some very minor blemishes, but nothing noteable. All embellishments are hand-sewn for maximum security.
